Parlor Dounghnuts, a rapidly expanding American QSR franchise with locations across multiple states, needed a cohesive and future-ready digital communication network to elevate both in-store and drive-thru experiences. The objective was to improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and unify the brand presence across all locations through a scalable digital signage solution tailored to the fast-paced service environment

GDS delivered a fully integrated digital signage system designed for both indoor and outdoor QSR environments:

• In-store, 50” high-resolution Hantarex LITE Plus displays were installed in high-traffic, brightly lit areas, ensuring clear, energy-efficient content delivery.
• For drive-thru areas, 46” and 55” ARIA displays with 3000 nits brightness and weatherproof design provided excellent visibility and durability.

The solution also included custom canopies, clearance bars, and integrated communication systems. All displays are managed via a centralized CMS, enabling real-time updates and brand consistency across all locations.
